This workshop will explore theory, strategies and practical tools / fun on how to use and support mindfulness in your workplace.
This morning of self care and learning is for anyone who works in a stressful or demanding workplace. Invest in YOURSELF or YOUR TEAM.
Clinical trials have shown that by using mindfulness, the benefits for teams include-
Increased stress management tools
Better interpersonal relationships
Better able to manage stressful incidents or change
Greater mental clarity and focus

My team of twenty staff members attended a half day Power of Mindfulness Workshop with Angie and Kate. They all reported thoroughly enjoying the workshop and found it informative.
