Would you like to find more calm in your days? Be more present, and less distracted?

This beautiful 4 week course will teach you some simple and practical Mindfulness techniques to help ‘still’ our monkey minds.

Join us every Saturday afternoon for 4 weeks, starting the 23rd of February.

Each session will explore different strategies, and finish with a Meditation/Body Scan, please bring a pillow and blanket. All other resources provided, including take home materials.
