Kids Hub OSHC is an exciting new Education and Care Service in the Midwest - managed by the Kids Hub Training and Consultancy team.

Hours & Fee's

Before school care:

Hours of operation – 7:00am –9:00am Before school care fee - $25

After school care:

Hours of operation – 3:00pm -6:00pm After school care fee - $36


Afternoon tea will be provided this will include fruit and a healthy snack.

 

Vacation care and Pupil free days

Hours of operation – 7:00am – 6:00pm
Pupil free day fee - $80
Vacation care fee - $80
Parents are to provide morning tea and lunch for their child - afternoon tea will be provided by the service this will include fruit and a healthy snack.
Excursions and incursions during term and vacation care are included in the daily fee.

(Service is closed from for Christmas break each year)

Did you know most parents are eligible for the Child Care Rebate (CCR) this is a 50% rebate on your fees - you just pay the difference.

Kids Hub uses iEnrol for our OSHC. 

Please visit the link below and complete the iEnrol waitlist request. 

Enrolment Process

  1. Parent completes iEnrol waitlist request on website.
  2. Position offered if able to meet family needs.
  3. Parent completes enrolment details via Kidsoft Parent Portal.
  4. Parent and child complete an orientation if requested.
  5. Child care commences care.

Please note 

  • An enrolment fee of $20 will be included in your first direct debit – this is non refundable.
  • All accounts will be paid via direct debit and will be two weeks in advance.
  • Cancellation of permanent bookings will require five days notice.

Child Care Benefit

Kids Hub has been approved for Child Care Benefit.
To ensure you are eligible for CCB and CCR you must contact the Family Assistance office and register.

Children in school age care settings are challenged to be curious about what is of interest to them while at the same time developing self-identity and social competencies.
